OUCH..!!

Going to Bintan tmr.. will be back on Fri..

BUT... i carried too heavy things recently.. and just now after carrying files and a bag of dragonfruits... my elbow feels like it has dislocated...

My elbow is really hurting... it has this slight throbbing... and numbness...
URGH... so dao mei !!!! can't even open the shampooo cover without my elbow hurting... right arm somemore...

I can't do any sea sports liaoz..

I think i can onli play poker, happy family, donkey and old maid.. :(
